Software ViewScan
ViewScan is a data acquisition software developed especially for collecting and analyzing the Rollscan or MicroScan measurement data conveniently with a computer. Using the ViewScan you can - View and print results while you make new measurement
- View one or up to 200 plots at the same time
- View the results as a 3-dimensional polysurface
- Make templates to repeat measurements
- Set reject criteria and alarm limits
- Export data for analysis with other programs
- Use for real-time rejection checking
- Use for Statistical Process Control

Minimum system requirements to run ViewScan are - Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows 2000 pro or Windows XP recommended)
- Personal computer with Pentium compatible microprocessor (200 MHz or higher recommended)
- Video adapter with minimum 1024 x 768 SVGA or higher resolution (minimum 256 colors)
- Memory of 32 MB of RAM (64 MB recommended)
- At least 15 MB free hard disk space
- Mouse or other pointing device
- CD-ROM drive
- 9 pin serial port (directly in PC or via appropriate adapter)
- Free USB-port (directly in PC or via USB hub) for USB HASP-key, or parallel port (LPT1) for HASP-key, or Ethernet connector with Rollscan 300
